Location was within walking distance of Riverwalk and Alamo and several things to do which was good since parking is valet only at $30-35 a night. Hotel was clean and nice. Would stay again.

Returning customer! The price-quality is perfect, together with the location. Some things are basic - e.g., the quality of the printer in the business centre but one should see that this service is simply included and therefore there is nothing to complain about. The breakfast is good - one can have coffee/ tea and juice, get fresh fruits and warm ingredients (eggs, sausage, patatoe, etc.), toast and waffles. There is also a pool but again, I could not try it... Of course, one can pay much more - but this is really sufficient. The people are kind!! THANKS!

Enjoyed the valet parking- despite the price tag. They are quick and convenient. Pool and hot tub were good, exercise room was as well. All the staff save one person were very very nice, friendly, and helpful! They are doing something right in management here. Very comfy beds and quiet rooms aside from Sunday night.

The staff were amazing! Every single one went out of their way to make us feel welcome, to help and go the extra mile. All very friendly and happy to share local knowledge with some great recommendations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, great and thoughtful facilities in very comfortable, spacious room with lovely furnishings. Valet team were also great. Brilliant breakfast with lovely food and a wide range of products available. Really made to feel at home in SA. Will be back on our next trip. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you all, you guys are getting this absolutely right.

The breakfast was nice every morning, the staff made the experience enjoyable. They were all so kind and the valet guys were quick every morning. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathtub drain did not work is the only thing!

great location to the riverwalk except that the hotel was very close to homeless shelters etc and it would not have felt safe to walk alone and it didn't feel like a good idea to park the car anywhere else but with the valet and that was $33 per night - expensive! the staff was very nice and helpful - great recommendation for a restaurant

The staff was very pleasant, room was clean and spacious. It is a quick walk to the Alamo, River Walk, Mall and several stores. Check in and out was easy. The valet staff were great too. I wish all of them had their picture on the tip app as I had to go back in later and try to tip, but fear I missed someone as I couldn't recall their name (and there was a not a picture). Overall we were very happy with our stay.
